Just to keep confusion at a minimum, I've broken down the rules into two categories: accepted rules (as approved by TheFanlistings and AnimeFanlistings) and rules for webmasters.

General Rules

Please provide your name (reasonable nicks/screens OK), real email address, and country of residence.
- All that join will be accepted.
You do not need to own a website in order to join.
It'd probably be best if you at least liked Tenpou. XD
If at any time your member information changes, it's only polite to update it. LOL

Webmasters Only
These rules are only for webmasters that would like their sites to be listed here at Still Waters. They have not been approved by TheFanlistings and AnimeFanlistings and are not even considered in the acceptance of a fan.

Sites with inappropriate/unacceptable content and dead links will not be listed.
While it is not required to link back to Still Waters, it is heavily encouraged.
Sites found to be direct-linking codes will not be listed.
